Who we are

Awardlight is a service of Flip Digital Labs LLC, Coconut Creek, Florida. Questions about this policy go to hello@awardlight.io.

What we collect

When you use the form on this site: your business name, your name, email, phone, website, state, what your business does, NAICS codes, SAM.gov registration status and certifications. For businesses we contact first, we use information they've chosen to publish in government directories such as the SBA's Small Business Search and SAM.gov.

How we use it

To match your business to government contract opportunities, to email you those matches and follow up about working together, and to prepare bids if you become a client. We don't sell your information or share it with other businesses, including our other clients.

Your choices

Every email we send includes a way to opt out. Reply "unsubscribe," or email us, and we'll stop within 10 business days. You can also ask us to correct or delete what we hold about you.

Where it's kept

Form submissions are stored in a Google Sheet and on our own computers. We keep it as long as it's useful for the purposes above or until you ask us to delete it.
