Government contracts your business can win, found every morning.

Awardlight reads every new federal opportunity, matches it to what you sell, your certifications and where you work, then prepares the bid with you. No upfront fee. We're paid only when you are.

On October 22 and 23, 2026, federal agencies posted 2,065 new notices on SAM.gov. Most small businesses never see the ones written for them.

A real notice from SAM.gov, October 23, 2026
  1. Posted

The U.S. Coast Guard needs HVAC repairs in Riviera Beach, FL, set aside for small businesses.

  2. Matched

A Palm Beach County HVAC contractor qualifies, with 19 days to respond.

  3. Prepared

We draft the bid. They set the price and submit it.

How it works

  1. We read every new notice

Each morning we pull the new federal opportunities from SAM.gov: solicitations, quote requests, and early market-research notices.

  2. We match the ones you can win

We check each one against your NAICS codes, certifications, size, location and deadline, and drop anything you aren't eligible for.

  3. We prepare the bid with you

A plain-English summary, a bid or no-bid call, a requirements checklist, the proposal draft and a pricing worksheet. You set the price and submit; we track the award.

Who does what

Awardlight

  • Finds and screens opportunities daily
  • Walks you through SAM.gov registration, free
  • Drafts your questions to the contracting officer
  • Writes the proposal draft and checks it against every requirement

Your business

  • Decides which bids to pursue
  • Sets the price and signs the certifications
  • Sends questions and submits the bid in its own name
  • Does the work and gets paid directly by the government

We never contact government buyers to influence an award, and we don't claim inside access to anyone. Your bid wins on its merits; our job is making it as strong and complete as it can be.

Pricing

No upfront fee. When you win, we invoice 5% of each contract payment you receive. If you don't win, you owe nothing.

  • Every engagement starts with a written agreement, so you know the terms before we start.
  • SAM.gov registration is always free. We'll walk you through it at no charge, and you should never pay anyone to register or renew.
  • The government pays you directly. We're paid by you, after you're paid.

See what you qualify for

Questions

Is it legal to pay a consultant a percentage of a government contract?

Federal rules allow success fees paid to a bona fide agency: an established firm that works for your business and doesn't use or offer improper influence. We're set up to work that way, every engagement uses a written agreement, and we don't take on contracts that ban these fees, such as Florida architecture, engineering and surveying work.

Do I need to be registered on SAM.gov?

To bid on most federal contracts, yes. Registration is free on SAM.gov; allow at least ten business days for it to activate once submitted. We'll help you prepare everything it asks for.

Who submits the bid?

You do. Your business is the bidder of record: you set the price, sign the certifications and submit. We prepare the materials with you.

What kinds of contracts do you look at?

Federal opportunities posted on SAM.gov, from small quote requests to full proposals, plus early market-research notices where responding helps you get noticed before a bid is written. State and local bids are coming next.

What if two of your clients want the same bid?

We work with one business per opportunity and never share one client's pricing or plans with another.
